What's the difference between ACPD and DCPD potential drop testing?

Can I try a demonstration unit before purchasing?
Yes — we normally offer a no-obligation demonstration instrument for a 3-week evaluation period to customers in the EU and North America, and in some cases beyond. See our Sales & Ordering page for details.
What are your typical lead times?
Most instruments are made to order, with lead times usually measured in weeks rather than months. We carry limited stock of popular items such as the CGM-7 and DCM-2, and can often accommodate rush orders.
Do you offer rental or instalment options?
Yes. Goods can be supplied on a 30-day sale-or-return basis, extended payment terms, or on daily, weekly or monthly rental — see the Rental & instalment agreement, or visit our Sales & Ordering page for full terms.
Where can I find manuals for older or discontinued instruments?
Legacy manuals for superseded instruments — such as the MAT-2, MAT-3 and ISM-5A — are kept available on our Documents & Guides page, clearly marked “legacy”, so existing owners can still access documentation.
